Terms of Service
1. The service
Travel Transit Manager ("the app") is a personal trip-organising tool operated at moudle.net. Access is by invitation. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Not a ticketing service
The app does not sell tickets and is not affiliated with any travel provider. Schedules, delays and seat information come from third-party sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check with your travel provider before you travel. The booking itself is the authoritative record of your trip.
3. Your account and content
Only forward emails, and only link accounts, that you are entitled to use. Before you add someone as a calendar guest, make sure they are happy to receive invites. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must keep your Google account secure.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to access other users' data, to disrupt the service, or to send unwanted messages to other people.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no warranties. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Before the service shuts down for good, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for missed departures or connections, travel costs, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
